COMMUNITY SERVICE
Guided by a deep commitment to her community, Bella Silva finds purpose in illuminating lives through the performing arts and the boundless world of literacy.
She is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Pages for the Sol, a community service organization dedicated to improving literacy among bilingual students in Santa Ana and the greater Orange County, California area.
Through the distribution of free books and engaging literacy events, Pages for the Sol fosters a lifelong love of reading and empowers students to develop strong literacy skills essential for academic success and future opportunities, while celebrating and embracing their bilingual and cultural identities.
Since its founding, the organization has provided thousands of books and organized numerous impactful literacy events for students in need — all free of charge to families. Pages for the Sol’s mission continues to grow, with new chapters forming at high schools across Orange County and even in Florida, helping to further extend the organization’s reach and impact.
In recognition of its service to the community, Pages for the Sol has received awards from both the County of Orange and the United States Congress.

She was also named a Grand Prize Winner in Dance for the Los Angeles Music Center’s Spotlight program, joining notable alumni such as Misty Copeland, and performed as a featured soloist at the Walt Disney Concert Hall.
